Noise is the biggest complaint in any building (We are strict with the rules)
1. Be quite in communal areas no talking, no chatting phones in communal areas after 10pm
(zero noise after 10pm) Please consider other tenants, don’t let noise leave your apartment
2. If you or your guests make a mess in the communal areas you must clean it up (including deliveries)
3. Please close doors softly and quietly, Especially late at night and early in the morning
4. Be nice. Respect your neighbours, keep the peace
5. Keep music and any noise down, don't disturb the neighbours

Where is your water stop tap?
Know where it is just in case of a water leak. (It will be in your utility cupboard or under the sink + in main hall)
Clean the inside of the windows and frames at least every 8 weeks, Also wipe off any moisture in winter
We pay a window cleaner to do the outside. You could pay window cleaner to do inside, contact me for the number
Clean and maintain your apartment, It's still like a new apartment so please keep it looking like new.
Instructions
Induction Hob - only buy pans suitable for induction hobs
Cooker hood - keep filters clean and use every time you cook, this stops the fat entering the ventilation system which will cause problems. Use Carbon filters if possible and replace every 6 months
Radiators - Do not sit, lean or put clothes on
Oven - Clean regular other wise it will become difficult to clean
Vinyl flooring - Protect when dragging furniture across as it can be damaged, especially the washing machine.
1. Resident Parking - annual council permits not available, but free to park after 6pm until 8am
2. NCP parking to the front - Pay and display, Annual, Quarterly or Monthly season tickets available

4. Motherby lane car park on the left is a council pay and display car park
5. Free parking - 30 min spots around the area, 1 hour spots on parts of motherby lane round the corner
6. All residential, 30 min and 1 hours spots are free from 6pm - 8am
7. Moving in or out? Ask the council for a parking permit. Email them in advance takes up to 5 days. waiverpermits@lincolnshire.gov.uk
8. Bicycles (ask for key for Biked shed) Coved by CCTV
